مطابق قانون مالیاتهای مستقیم، اشخاص حقیقی باید تا پایان خرداد ماه و اشخاص حقوقی تا پایان تیر ماه سال بعد اظهارنامه مالیاتی سال قبل را به سازمان مالیاتی ارسال کنند. رعایت این مهلتها از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است.

ورود به سامانه مالیاتی و ثبت اظهارنامه
مؤدیان باید با مراجعه به سامانه مالیاتی به آدرس tax.gov.ir وارد بخش اظهارنامه الکترونیکی شوند و فرمهای مربوط به اظهارنامه را تکمیل نمایند.
تکمیل اطلاعات مالی و تأیید نهایی
در این مرحله اطلاعات درآمد، هزینهها، داراییها و سایر موارد مالی وارد سامانه شده و پس از بررسی صحت اطلاعات، اظهارنامه تأیید میشود. صحت اطلاعات برای جلوگیری از جرائم احتمالی ضروری است.
دریافت کد رهگیری و پرداخت مالیات
پس از ثبت نهایی، کد رهگیری به مؤدی اختصاص مییابد و مالیات محاسبه شده باید در موعد مقرر پرداخت گردد تا فرآیند اظهارنامه تکمیل شود.
پیامدهای عدم ارسال یا تأخیر در ارسال اظهارنامه مالیاتی
جرائم مالیاتی ناشی از عدم ارسال اظهارنامه
